These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Annie O's website, located at AnnieKnowsArt.com, as well as the products and birder-centric merchandise offered through shopbirdlore.com. These terms were last updated on March 8, 2025.

By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms outlined here, please discontinue use of this site.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person using this website. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Purpose
AnnieKnowsArt.com is dedicated to selling limited-edition, custom-framed fine art exclusively created by Annie O, as detailed on the homepage. Each artwork is made to order, and only one piece may be purchased per order. To complete a purchase, add your chosen artwork to your cart, pay via credit card or PayPal, and submit the form. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, with an estimated arrival time of 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

In addition to fine art, Annie O also designs and sells custom birding-themed merchandise under the banner Bird Lore by Annie O. These products are available on various pages linked to the domain shopbirdlore.com.

Product
Annie O's original landscape art is available in the following formats:

12” x 12” pieces – $297
16” x 12” pieces – $367
Note: These dimensions do not include the frame size. All frames are made of real wood, measure 1.75" deep, and add approximately 1.5 inches to each side of the finished piece.

Additional products, such as coasters and custom-framed public domain works, are available in the site's gift shop. These products are introduced on a rolling basis, so sizes may vary, but all details are clearly stated on the respective order pages.

The Bird Lore collection features Annie O's custom designs printed on various products, including tumblers, travel mugs, and drawstring bags. These items are fulfilled via ZenDrop through a print-on-demand model.

All Annie O's products—whether fine art, gift shop items, or Bird Lore merchandise—currently include shipping in the listed price.

Refunds
If you're unhappy with any Annie O purchase, you may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If your order is already on its way, you have 21 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return by emailing annie@annieknowsart.com.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be undamaged upon arrival. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and you may use the carrier of your choice.

Once you provide valid tracking information via email, the full purchase price will be refunded within 5 business days.
